What is this?
MOCal Program 2006

The acronym "MOCal" is a combination of MOC and decal. The symbol shown here that we all recognize as the rider in our club logo has been done up as a one inch adhesive backed round sticker that can be affixed to your helmet or bike. It is constructed with a reflective base that will show through in all the white areas providing added conspicuity at night.

This year you can earn points for finding:
County, Federal or State COURTHOUSES

BMW MOC GRAND TOUR 2008

Turn in a picture of yourself and/or your machine at a County, Federal or State COURTHOUSE. Be sure your bike and marker are clear and legible. These can be group shots, but please be sure to turn in the names of all persons in the photo.
Location marker would be a plus (town, county).

Here's some link to help you get started on your search (thanks to member Bill Stinson):

This one is just the County Courthouses;
This one has municipal, state, county and federal court addresses (it is a busy site);
These are old pictures of the courthouses;
A great map of the Ohio counties. It just lists the county name on a state map to allow for trip planning.

How do I get a MOCal sticker?

For each ten points earned (as seen on the chart below) you will receive one MOCal sticker. Amassing 20 points gets you a second decal, and so on. At the end of the calendar year, the person with the most points will be awarded a cash prize. The second and third runners up will get trophies. The MOCal program runs the full calendar year ending on November 15th

What is the "Do-er" Prize?

Getting at least one decal (ten points) means your name goes into the "Do-er Prize" drawing to be held at the Holiday Bash. With 20 points your name goes in twice, 30 points three times, and so on. The Grand Prize will be a gift certificate from a local BMW dealer worth $100 in merchandise. In order to win the member must be present for the drawing.

How do I earn MOCal points?

Participation in club events, rides, and other club defined activities as described in the below chart and reporting them to the MOCal score keeper will accumulate points for you.
